1)Your USA Office should have given me invoice number as soon as I paid them here. This was needed by your London office as confirmation of payment. This was not provided to me by your USA office. Although your London office figured out th..at I did make payment, initially they told me that it was my responsibility to talk to USA and get invoice number. NOT EVERYONE CARRIES MOBILE PHONE WITH INTERNATIONAL SERVICE. IT WAS UPSETTING TO START WITH. 2)Your tour GUIDE was VERY rude and was treating passengers as children. EVERYONE and I REPEAT EVERYONE was having heated arguments with him at Eiffel Tower site. He showed us where to assemble after sightseeing and he expected us to come back at a different place.
