    If you choose to stay alone, some hotels may arrange a small single room (single bed) for you.

    Group Formation Instructions

    Group Description

    This is a private tour. The minimum group size for this product is1people. Once the tour group is confirmed in writing by Trip.com, the group will travel by default. If the group does not travel due to a reason related to the travel agency, the travel agency will provide compensation according to the breach clauses agreed in the contract between the two parties.

    Group Tour Information

    You will receive the tour confirmation notice or a confirmation call from our staff at the latest 1 day before departure. Please keep your phone lines open and pay attention to incoming calls. If you do not receive the notice or a call, please contact Trip.com customer support immediately. You can refer to our website for the meeting time. The meeting time specified in the tour confirmation notice or by our staff will be final.

    Booking and Travel Information
    If the contract is terminated due to events that the travel agency could not have reasonably avoided or due to force majeure, neither the travel agency nor the traveler shall be held liable. If this results in the traveler being stranded, the travel agency shall take appropriate accommodation measures. The traveler shall bear the additional costs of food and accommodation, while the additional return travel expenses shall be shared by the travel agency and the traveler. Please carefully read and understand the above legal provisions.
    For multi-person trips, the booker or traveler representative confirms that they have obtained consent from all other travelers to act as the signing representative for this trip. All travelers acknowledge the signature of the authorized representative on the travel contract and its appendices. If you do not have such authorization, please refrain from booking or signing the contract on behalf of others.
    For the safety of minors, we recommend that they travel with their guardian or a companion who carries a letter of authorization from the guardian.
    Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, etc.) when booking to avoid booking errors and travel disruptions. You are responsible for any losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by you.
    During your travels, if your visits to any attractions or venues are affected by uncontrollable factors, your tour guide may propose canceling the relevant visit, visiting an alternative attraction, or providing a refund for the cost of the ticket (refunds are not necessarily the same as those displayed at the attraction/venue). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
    Complimentary items are offered at the discretion of attractions and venues, and the attraction/venue has the right not to offer certain complimentary items in the event of poor weather conditions or reduced staff capacity. You also have the right not to visit any attractions or venues.
    Plant or tree viewing landscapes (maple leaves, cherry blossoms, rapeseed flowers, etc.) may be affected by weather conditions, resulting in less than ideal viewing experiences. Thank you for your understanding.
    This product does not include any shopping stops during the entire trip (shopping not organized by Trip.com at locations such as attractions, venues, or cruise ships is not included), and there is no compulsory shopping. If unauthorized shopping activities are added, and this is verified, our company will compensate you with liquidated damages equal to 10% of the total travel expenses.
    Travelers who hold IDs that may qualify them for discounted tickets at scenic spots and other venues (such as military certificates, senior citizen IDs, and student IDs) should bring the original copies of their relevant IDs when they travel. The specific discount policy and discount amount are subject to on-site assessment by Trip.com staff.
    Penalties
    Travel agency breach of contract: If the itinerary is canceled by the travel agency or supplier before departure, the collected travel fees will be refunded in full to the user, and a penalty fee will be paid in accordance with the following standards:For cancellations made 6–4 days before the trip, a full refund of travel fees will be issued, and a penalty fee of 20% of the total travel fee will be paid.
    For cancellations made 3–1 days before the trip, a full refund of travel fees will be issued, and a penalty fee of 40% of the total travel fee will be paid.
    For cancellation before, but on the day of, departure, travel fees will be refunded in full, and a penalty fee of 60% of the total travel fee will be paid.
    For all booked items which have an itinerary partly or wholly on the following dates 2025.4.4–2025.4.6,2025.5.1–2025.5.5,2025.5.31–2025.6.2,2025.10.1–2025.10.8,2026.1.1,2026.2.17,2026.4.5, cancellation fees charged will be calculated as follows:
    If the booking has been confirmed by Trip.com and if the termination of the contract is proposed by Trip.com within 60 day or days before the start of the itinerary (excluding the day of travel), the full amount of travel expenses will be refunded, and a penalty fee of 43% of the total travel cost will be paid.
    Traveler cancellation fees:
    For cancellation before the start of the itinerary, fees will be calculated as follows:
    For cancellation 6 to 4 days before the itinerary starts, a penalty fee of 20% of the total amount will be charged
    For cancellation 3 to 1 days before the itinerary starts, a penalty fee of 40% of the total amount will be charged
    For cancellation before, but on the day of, departure, a penalty fee 60% of the total travel fee will be charged.
