2. If tickets are unavailable, the travel agency will prioritize alternative arrangements. For example, if tickets to the Forbidden City or Prince Gong's Mansion are unavailable, a premium tour of Beihai Park will be arranged. If the flag-raising ceremony is unavailable, the flag-lowering ceremony will be arranged. If Badaling Great Wall tickets are unavailable, tickets to Mutianyu Great Wall, Juyongguan Great Wall, or Shuiguan Great Wall will be arranged. The price difference for tickets will be refunded or supplemented accordingly. If alternative attractions cannot be arranged for paid attractions, a refund will be issued based on the ticket price. If free attractions, such as Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, are fully booked, an exterior visit will be arranged with no refund provided. Please acknowledge and understand this policy."

Travelers who hold IDs that may qualify them for discounted tickets at scenic spots and other venues (such as military certificates, senior citizen IDs, and student IDs) should bring the original copies of their relevant IDs when they travel. Penalties
