Those who book the itinerary during the activity time and more than 46 days (inclusive) before the trip can enjoy free cancellation or modification of the itinerary, and the regular cancellation and modification regulations will be implemented within 45 days (inclusive).

Those who book the itinerary during the activity time and more than 31 days (inclusive) before the trip can enjoy free cancellation or modification of the itinerary, and the regular cancellation and modification regulations will be implemented within 30 days (inclusive).

Cancellations made less than 9 days prior to departure will not be refunded
For cancellations made between 10 and 16 days prior to departure, 30% of the total tour fare will be refunded
For cancellations made between 17 and 47 days prior to departure, 50% of the total tour fare will be refunded
For cancellations made more than 48 days before departure, 90% of the total tour fare will be refunded
Within 32 days (inclusive) of departure, the Chalet cannot change the name, increase or decrease the number of people or rooms.

For cancellations made between 10 and 16 days prior to departure, 50% of the total tour fare will be refunded
For cancellations made between 17 days and 32 days prior to departure, 70% of the total tour fare will be refunded
For cancellations made more than 33 days before departure, 90% of the total tour fare will be refunded

1. Failure to attend on time on the day of departure will be considered as a forfeiture and the paid tour fare will not be refunded.
2. Other additional hotels or services are subject to the hotel's regulations to determine whether they can be refunded.
3. If you withdraw from the tour due to personal reasons (lack of travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), or are unable to join any of the tours, the paid tour fee will not be refunded and no compensation will be made for other services.
4. In case of weather, war, strikes and other force majeure factors that cause the tour to be unable to take the tour, we will try our best to protect the safety of guests and their property, and have the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the itinerary, and will not assume any direct or indirect responsibility caused by force majeure, and the tour fee paid will not be refunded.

- Early cancellation: If the first two guests proceed with the group tour as planned, the third and fourth guests sharing the same room can request a cancellation more than 33 days before departure without any penalty.
- Cancellation Between 10 and 32 Days: Should the first two guests maintain their plans and the third and fourth guests cancel between 10 and 32 days before departure, a 50% penalty of the original room rate will be imposed for each cancelled person. This penalty will be charged to the first two guests on the tour in case of no-show by the complimentary clients. Failure to pay the penalty will result in the cancellation of the entire booking without refund.
- Last-Minute Cancellation Within 9 Days: Should the first two guests maintain their plans and the third and fourth guests cancel within 9 days before departure or fail to show up on departure day, a 100% penalty of the original room rate will be imposed for each cancelled person. This penalty will be charged to the first two guests on the tour in case of no-show by the complimentary clients. Failure to pay the penalty will result in the cancellation of the entire booking without refund.
