  • Please arrive at the pier 39 at least 30 minutes before the tour is scheduled to depart. Tickets are distribute at a first come, first serve basis, and if you do not check in early than we cannot guarantee your departure.
  • Wear layered clothing in autumn and winter to ensure comfort in colder temperatures. Bring a light jacket or windbreaker in spring and summer, as the afternoons can be cool at times.
