The symbol of Venice and its merchant might is still standing in all its beauty and glory, taking visitors' breath away. Join us for a tour to discover the heart of Venice and its history, the indelible charm of the past, and a truly beautiful gem housing innumerable masterpieces. The Doge's Palace is one of the most iconic buildings of Venice. For centuries, it has represented the seat of Venetian political power. In its majestic rooms, the Duke and his Council controlled the fate of the Serenissima. Visiting its halls of power, gold staircases and valuable works of art, we'll go back in time to take in the charming atmosphere of the place where Byzantine and Oriental architectural styles converged. Inside the Palace we will admire some of the most famous works by Tintoretto, Veronese, and other important artists. Finally, we'll feel the anguish of the prisoners, who, after crossing the infamous Bridge of Sighs, entered the darkness of the prisons.

  • Meeting place: Calle Larga Ascensione, in front of the Post office just next to St.Mark's Square. Go to the wooden stand with the yellow sign "Meeting point".
  • This tour involves a fair amount of walking and steep staircases. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
  • We cannot accommodate wheelchairs or strollers on this tour.
  • Photography is prohibited inside the Doge's Palace.
  • Clients must arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time and present their tour voucher to the tour coordinator/guide. Late arrivals will not be accommodated; no refunds will be given for those who arrive after departure time.
