This is the perfect location to learn about the flora and fauna of the region. Afterward, we will visit the downtown area where we will make stops in the Guadalupe Church, the oldest brick building in the city and primary religious sanctuary for the Catholic Faith. This church was built in the early 50’s, and filled with beautiful works of art, including a marble altar crowned with the image of the Virgin of Guadalupe painted by artist Ignacio Ramirez. The next stop is City Hall, where you can appreciate the art, statues & sculptures of our beautiful city right at the downtown pier.
