Local Food Experience Tour

The tour starts with exploring the wholesale market of “Waterfront”, where you will see an amazing fish market with more than 200 sellers offering all kinds of sea species from the Indian Ocean & the Arabian Sea. We will then cross the meat market, discovering the butchers in action, and the vegetable & fruit market brimming with fresh arrivals from around the world. Enjoy a glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice of your choice and refresh yourself and your taste buds for the rest of the journey. We will then drive down to the spice market (Spice Souq) to admire the richness of the spices offered from the best saffron in the world to any spice in the world you might think of. Dubai’s Spice Souk is both colorful and aromatic so brace yourself for a sensory journey. Countless flavors and recipes will greet you as you make your way through this traditional spice market in one of Dubai's heritage areas. A trip to this area without savoring a cup of tea (or a “Karak” as they call locally) is incomplete. We will enjoy a piping hot cup of tea with some local pastries and also visit to a heritage house. After working up a good appetite, we will drive you to the best street food diner restaurant in town to enjoy more than 8 different items on the menu. The chef will explain you the composition of each dish. Immerse into the local flavors and enjoy a good meal. Finally, we will end our tour on a sweet note by visiting the most famous Arabic sweets factory shops to enjoy our desserts and coffee.
