Yellowknife Snowshoeing Excursion On Great Slave Lake

• Minimum of 4 participants is required for tour to operate.
• Cancellation policy:
  - 5 Days or more prior to tour date: 90% refundable;
  - 3-4 Days or more prior to tour date: 30% refundable;
  - 2 Days or less prior to tour date or no show: non-refundable.
•  If a tour is cancelled due to unsafe adverse weather conditions, the tour will be rescheduled to next available safe day or full refund will be issued. If a tour has been cancelled due to insufficient number of participants tour will be rescheduled to next available date or tour credit or refund will be issued.
• We reserve the right to change snowshoeing tour itinerary if the hiking trail is closed or deemed unsafe due to nature or any situation beyond our control. An alternative safe tour route will be used.
• We reserve the right to change order of itinerary based on actual bookings on each tour date.
• Child policy: child rate applies to children 12 years of age and under. All children must be accompanied by tour participating parent or guardian of 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse unaccompanied child or children that are jeopardizing safety of other participants on tour.
• Gift Voucher Policy: Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months from date of purchase. After 6 months voucher is non-redeemable. A minimum of 15 days advance notice is required to process hotel and tours reservations for gift voucher booking.
• Please note tour itinerary order may change without notice due to confirmed number of actual bookings at that time. Please check with supplier prior to arrival to Yellowknife for any changes to tour itinerary order of activities.
